How is it possible that a file that was removed from the recycle bin is still on the disk?
When a file is deleted, the space where it was located on the disk is labeled ´free´. Next time you save a file, it might be put at this location of the disk. But as long as the deleted file has not been overwritten, Recover4all® can in many cases recover the deleted file.
