Searching deleted files

With Recover4all anyone can recover deleted files with a few mouseclicks.

To search for deleted files you need to perform the following steps:

  1. Let Recover4all scan the drive with the deleted files by clicking on the drive in the menu bar. For example, if you want to find deleted files on drive C:, you would click in the menu bar. Alternatively, you can choose "Scan drive C:" in the "Recover" menu.

  2. Recover4all will start to search for deleted files. The displayed progress bar indicates how the scan moves forward.

  3. When the scan has finished, folders can be opened with a double click. Deleted files will be displayed in the right pane:

    Recover4all employs the following symbols:

    Deleted directory.

    Normal directory.

    Deleted file.
